Couples Therapy

For partners working through communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, or attachment dynamics, especially the anxious-pursuer and avoidant-withdrawer pattern. We'll work to understand the dance you're both caught in, with honesty and without blame.

Why I became a therapist I always knew I wanted to sit in this chair. Growing up, I was drawn to understanding people: why we do what we do, why we repeat what we repeat, why we sometimes hurt the ones we love or abandon ourselves to keep the peace. Psychology wasn't just a degree. It was the language that finally made sense of things. Therapy, to me, is one of the most honest things two people can do together. You come in as you are — not the version that has it together. And we work from there. I don't take that lightly.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Sometimes moving your body while you talk opens up things that sitting across from a screen doesn't. Starting in October, I'll offer outdoor walk and talk sessions in Oklahoma as an option alongside virtual therapy.

This format isn't right for every situation. It depends on what you're working through and where you're at. We'll talk about whether it's a good fit for you as part of our work together.

Group Therapy: From People Pleasing to Authenticity

I've run a therapy group for people-pleasers before, and plan to offer it again. It's a space to do this work alongside others who relate to similar patterns, recognizing people-pleasing tendencies, practicing boundaries, and getting support from peers who understand. Details will be shared here once a new group is scheduled.
