Sometimes moving your body while you talk opens up things that sitting across from a screen doesn't. Starting in October, I'll offer outdoor walk and talk sessions in Oklahoma as an option alongside virtual therapy.
This format isn't right for every situation. It depends on what you're working through and where you're at. We'll talk about whether it's a good fit for you as part of our work together.

I've run a therapy group for people-pleasers before, and plan to offer it again. It's a space to do this work alongside others who relate to similar patterns, recognizing people-pleasing tendencies, practicing boundaries, and getting support from peers who understand. Details will be shared here once a new group is scheduled.
